PAX Aftermath
PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) is a huge event in the video game world. A chance to play games that aren't available to the public yet, and a chance for us to show off InstantAction to a huge mass of eyes just eager to get a glimpse at something new. PAX attendees were able to catch a peek at Lore: Aftermath, Ace of Aces, BLUR, and Metal Drift at the InstantAction booth, and the booth was almost always packed as well as the conference as a whole.

Not an open machine around
In addition to all the great buzz we got around the InstantAction booth, we had the live podcast going as well. Grabbing random people to talk about the conference and developers of some of the games coming to InstantAction. Which you'll be able to listen to very soon.
Live Podcat is live
But of course it wasn't all InstantAction and GarageGames at PAX, among the many games that are playable at PAX there are some great costumes, both fans and official, but some even more badass displays. we got to see:
Fallout 3

WarMachine
The ever popular Castle Crashers
The even more popular iPhone signed by Castle Crasher's artist Dan Paladin
Everyone's favorite Companion Cube from Portal
Of course you can't forget the concert with guests such as: Freezepop, Jonathan Coulton, The Minibosses, The OneUps, Anamanaguchi, Darkest of the Hillside, Thickets, MC Frontalot. Even some members of the InstantAction community showed up.

Still Alive
DrWiley, MBFTrace, and Crash7800
That about wraps up my coverage on PAX 08. If you missed it you really do owe it to yourself to try and get to Seattle next year for PAX. It's a great time to check out new games that are coming out, standing in a lot of lines to play them, and grabbing some pretty sweet swag. We should be there again, and you can also visit us at our booth.
