Oops! Anonymous Play Login Problems - Now Fixed

Yesterday some people were having trouble logging using anonymous play.  The problem has since been remedied.  However, if you are still having problems you can follow the instructions below to get things working  .Please notify us via support@instantaction.com if you do run into any problems.

How To Clear Your Internet Explorer Cache

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click the "Tools" button in the Internet Explorer menu bar

3. Select "Internet Options"

4. Click the "Delete..." button in the "browsing history" section of the Internet Options window.

5. Click the "Delete Files" button.

6. Click the "Yes" button.

7. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.

How To Clear Your Firefox Cache

1. Open Firefox.
2. Select "Tools" from the Firefox menu bar.
3. Select "Clear Private Data...".
4. Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
5. Close and reopen Firefox.

How to Clear your Safari Cache

1. Open Safari
2. Select "Safari" from the Safari menu bar.
3. Select "Empty Cache....".
4. Click the "Empty" button.
5. Close and reopen Safari.

IA Store Down for Maintenance

Just a quick message to let everyone know that the store is down for planned maintenance.  If you are heading there to purchase content, be patient and we'll have it back up as quickly as possible.

InstantAction Issues

Hello everyone,

There is an issue with the site that we are looking into and working to fix.

IA is currently experiencing an issue with our party server.  Currently you will most likely not be able to join games and chat is on a delay.  You may also be running into timeout issues.

This is a message to let everyone know that the InstantAction store is currently down for maintenance.   If you already have tokens and try to purchase content you will be informed that the store is down for maintenance.  Those of you without ActionTokens that want to purchase something will need to wait until we get the store back up.

Quick join was giving some people some trouble and has been removed until we can get it working properly.  If you have any questions, please direct them to the forums.

Loading Issues

Hey Everyone,

This is just a quick message to let you know that we were having issues with friends panel, inbox, and profile panels.  People were experiencing blank pages here, but these issues have now been fixed.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Have a great Turkey Day.

How to Delete Files

Some people encountered some problems over the weekend with getting games to start, but that problem has been fixed.

If for some reason you are still having issues getting games to start up, you may want to delete the game files so you can grab a fresh batch.

The easiest way to do so is to follow these instruction:

1. Click the support tab once you have logged into your account.
2. Once there, click the tools tab.
3. You'll see a giant delete button.  Click that guy.
