Those of you without ActionTokens that want to purchase something will need to wait until we get the store back up.

This is just a quick message to let you know that we were having issues with friends panel, inbox, and profile panels. People were experiencing blank pages here, but these issues have now been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great Turkey Day.

Some people encountered some problems over the weekend with getting games to start, but that problem has been fixed.
If for some reason you are still having issues getting games to start up, you may want to delete the game files so you can grab a fresh batch.
The easiest way to do so is to follow these instruction:

We're here to help. Here are some instructions if you are running into issues once inside InstantAction.
First remove the InstantAction plug-in: If you are using Internet Explorer 7 use Instruction Set A. For Internet Explorer 6 use Instruction Set B. For Firefox use Instruction Set C.
Secondly, clear your internet cache. Instructions can be found here.
Re-start InstantAction and re-install the plug-in.
If you are still having issues please remove the InstantAction folder (Instruction Set D) and restart your computer.
If you have tried all the previous instructions please send a detailed email to support@instantaction.com explaining what you are running into. We will work our best to get you inside and playing awesome games.
Instruction Set A: Uninstalling InstantAction from Internet Explorer 7
A1. Close and keep closed all instances of InstantAction.com.
A2. Select "Tools" from the Internet Explorer menu bar.
A3. Select "Manage Add-ons".
A4. Click the "Enable or Disable Add-ons..." button.
A5. In the "Show" dialogue box, select "Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer"
A6. Select "InstantAction Game Launcher" from the add-ons list.
A7. Beneath the add-ons list, click the "Delete" button.
A8. Click the "OK" button.
A9. Select "Tools" from the Internet Explorer menu bar.
A10. Select "Delete Browsing History...".
A11. Click the "Delete Files" button.
A12. Procede to Instruction Set D.
Instruction set B: Uninstalling Installing InstantAction from Internet Explorer 6
B1.Open Internet Explorer 6 (This will not work in Firefox or any other browser).
B2. Using InternetExplorer, navigate to "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files".
B3. Right click the file named "InstantAction Game Launcher".
B4. Select "Remove".
B5. Click the "Yes" button.
B6. Close Internet Explorer 6.
B7. Procede to Instruction Set D.
Instruction Set C: Uninstalling InstantAction from Firefox
C1. Close and keep closed all instances of InstantAction.com.
C2. Select "Tools" from the Firefox menu bar.
C3. Select "Add-ons".
C4. Click the "Uninstall" button from the InstantAction.com Game Launcher segment of
the add-ons menu.
C5. Select "Tools" from the Firefox menu bar.
C6. Select "Clear Private Data..."
C7. Leave only the "Cache" check box marked and click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
C8. Close and re-open Firefox.
C9. Procede to Instruction Set D.
Instruction Set D: Removing GarageGames/InstantAction System Files
D1. Open the Start menu.
D2. Choose "Run..."
D3a. Windows XP: Enter "%appdata%\GarageGames"
D3b. Windows Vista: Enter "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\GarageGames".
D4. Delete the "IAPlayer" folder.
D5. Empty the Recycle Bin
D6. Restart your computer.
In case you forgot. Today is the last day to use those promotional tokens that early adopters may have received around the time InstantAction launched. These promotional tokens are going bad and they won't do you any good after today. All ActionTokens you have purchased at all times will, of course, still (and always will) be valid. So use those free tokens while you still can.
There's a bunch of great content that has been greatly reduced for My Super Summer Sale! And when I say there's a bunch of great content...I mean everything in the store has been reduced by 24.9%. Below is some of that great content that's on sale.
So please, go spend those promo tokens before they go rotten. You won't get them back.

When we launched Legions we had to put a cap on the amount of people who could log in at any given time. Well that cap has been brought up a whole bunch.
If you were having trouble logging in before, try again. You'll most likely be able to get in and play Legions.
The site is still currently running at capacity, we are working on increasing that max capacity. We'll gradually up capacity as long as the site is stable.
Keep trying to log in. You'll get there eventually. But we are working hard to increase capacity.
The site is back up but you may not be able to get in. If the server is full, give it a couple of minutes and try again.
